Request to Transfer Districts

Transferring Into Lakeside

If your child is currently attending a school in a different district, and you would like to transfer into Lakeside (while still living outside of LJSD boundaries), you will need to request to transfer from your current, home district. Once your home district approves and releases your child, they will contact us. Lakeside will then consider your request and will notify you and your home district on whether we approve the transfer.

Please contact your home district first, and they should be able to provide you with more information and any forms you will need to complete. 

 

Transferring Out of Lakeside

If your child is currently attending Lakeside and you would like to request to transfer them to a school outside of LJSD (while still living within LJSD boundaries), please contact the district at ljsd@lakesidelosgatos.org, and we will provide you with the appropriate forms.
